Come up with a cute, sweet or even sexy way that he convinced Pam to "let her hair down" (it can be literally or not). This story could also include Jim's reaction to that change.
Dunder Mifflin has a new employee gym. All types of hilarity and locker room awkwardness ensue. Of course Michael probably wears something ridiculous and ends up hurting himself.
