This challenge requires writers to create an alternate ending to season 2. Instead of having a casino night, Michael decides to hold a talent show as a "fun-raiser" and emotions start to run high.
This summer, rumors circulated that the members of the British cast were going to be on the US version. I would love to see a fic where the two casts interact. Maybe Tim/Dawn give Jim/Pam advice. Or Gareth and Dwight could be butting heads. How about David Brent vs. Michael Scott?

Members of the documentary crew are big Jim/Pam fans, and even though they are required not to interfere, they've even started asking leading questions like the one they asked Jim at Phyllis' wedding. The challenge: The camera crew plainly sees what Jim and Pam don't, and what Karen refuses to see, and they decide to give them a push in the right direction. But they have to do it while still remaining in their role of unobtrusive observers, at least enough to keep their jobs. How would the camera crew be instrumental in getting Pam and Jim together?

A winter storm hits Scranton and its surrounding areas. What do the people from the office do when they can't make it in to work? Who makes the effort to actually go in and who just waits for the ice to melt? Most importantly, what are Jim and Pam up to when Jack Frost comes knocking on the door?(It's up to the author who they want to follow on the snow day.)
