Okay, I didn't really clean. But I built a puzzle. A whole puzzle. It had one piece. It was pretty awesome. Sure if was my brothers birthday present, but I stole it from him cause I liked it more.

This is my first review ever! This makes me a very bad fanfic reader because I have been reading fic for quite some time. I decided that I really do need to start writing reviews because ALL writers deserve respect for what they do. So while you can't be compensated monetarily, please except my fan squeeing as payment:

...Just kidding. This is my real review: You are probably wondering why someone is reviewing one of your fics from months and months ago. The reason I decided to review this one first is because it is my favorite on the whole site. There are tons of fic I really enjoy, but this one was written before Jim/Pam were together and when I read it I just felt like "Yes this is how it would be." So while I think Distance Learnign and that one about a squirell a few people have mentioned ;) are great this will always be my favorite.
I just realized my real review is alot like my fan squeeing review with the amount of gushing and praise ... but it's true. So only around 80 more fics I need to review. Wish me luck!

someone else left a review for The Kiss Toll today, and it made me re-read it because it had been so long since I had. While imperfect in places, I do think it's one of my favourites (that I've written) - so I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
and thanks for recognizing how much we authors live for reviews. It's an addiction really. ;-)

No, seriously, this was all kinds of funny and hot and I loved it. The increasing eroticism of the stairwell kisses, Jim's 'handling' of himself (you REALLY can't wait for Smiley Face, can you?), all of it just built up to a really wonderful ending. Covering the floor with candy kisses? The man is too wonderful for words.

This story was sooo worth the wait, Moxie! I loved it -- so wonderfully sweet & sexy! All the kissing was lovely, and I liked the, umm, variety of body parts for which they requested kisses. ;-)
I loved the part about how Jim never made her feel embarrassed for being silly -- that felt very realistic to me. And I have no doubt their relationship really would be like that, with silliness & games & kissing. Also liked Pam blowing a raspberry on his stomach. Hee!
And the apartment filled with Hershey's kisses was just the sweetest & most romantic thing ever. Aww. Great job on a particularly delicious fic!
