Ya know the one thing I don't like about the name Pam Halpert? That was the screen name of a member at another forum, and he was the rudest, meaniest jerk possible. So I have this instant hatred towards that name.

Jim was right; the proposal totally kicked her ass. Totally and utterly kicked her ass, but she can’t help but think that maybe the proposal kicked his ass too.
It never totally made sense why Jim came back just for the weigh in. Cause yeah, he was surely going straight back to NYC after that. So really, waste of gas dude :)

Yay! I just came home from a lovely Saturday night date, and couldn't resist checking for more WL fic.
I know we're all totally biased but it's true- only the DM people would understand how epic this event is. And it IS.
Your second-to-last paragraph (She didn't get...) is perfect. I mean, every time Jim and Pam try to do things by the book it doesn't pan out, but it always does when they just be themselves.
PS Love the detail that her hair still smells like gasoline ;)
