She remembered :) I'm still loving this story, obviously. And apparently, I lost the good friend reward because I forgot to mention this story to another friend who discovered it today and promptly chastised me for not telling her about it. That was a a really convoluted sentence. Anyways, this chapter still awesome and there needs to be more more more!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for putting up with me, and helping me with this. Right now this story is kind of writing itself. So expect other chapters for you to tweak! I hope your friend isn't too upset with you... Thank you so much once again and again....

Yeah-she remembers! I was squealing so loud when Pam said “Absolutely I do.” And then Jim picking her up and swinging her around? Soooo cute! I need to go read some angst to calm down now :) Please, please, please continue!

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it. I wanted her to remember something small, to at least give poor Jim a little hope, and that just seemed to fit, and it is also such a staple phrase to the show. Trust me, there will be more chapters to come (I hope I didn't scare my Betas!), and season six is still a good month from now, so I have to get my Office fix here! Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!

I am so loving this one.  I just was grinning from ear to ear when she said "Absolutely I do"!

Oh, I am absolutely LOVING this story!  I love the pace you are taking; it's realistically slow and gives the reader a lot of time to enjoy watching Pam & Jim become reacquainted.

I'm looking forward to LOTS more chapters!

Author's Response: I'm so very happy you are liking the story. I really glad you are liking the pace too. I've been questioning that a lot lately. Sometimes I think it's going slow and people are probably wanting to see her remember more and stuff. So it meant a lot that you said that! There will be more chapters to come! We still have a month unitl season 6 premiers! Thanks for reading and reviewing!

No kidding to your ps a/b the emmys. I know this is the wrong time & place but I just need to say i'm so sick of the emmys being so far up the ass of 30 Rock, a show which is only popular off the strength of the guest stars.
That being said I love the story, keep it up!

Author's Response: The Emmy thing got me really upset too. Do they really need 22 nominations? C'mon! The thing that got me most aggravated was the writers not being nominated. They are really good writers, they should have gotten a nomination. With that being said, Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!

I absolutely LOVE that you made her first real instance of remembering the one that you did. What a brilliant, fitting idea.

This is a beautiful story and I can't wait for it to continue.

Author's Response: Thank you very much. I'm so glad you are enjoying it. the 'Asolutely I do' for me is when we see Pam really missing Jim during the talking head where she explains why she phrase that way- because Jim had said so! It's just so simple, but had such a impact that I couldn't help but use it here! Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!

SQEEEEEEL! okay... so i was COMPLETELY heartbroken when he went and slept in the other room, but oh man... the way she talked about him looking, Pam finding him attractive again, and of course her remembering.. damn girl, this story is AMAZING!
keep it up, i LOVE LOVE LOVE updates

Author's Response: I'm so glad you are liking the story! Sorry about them not sleeping togther. It's still a bit awkward for her, and Jim knows. But it will make the first time much more significant, right? (wink, wink). And of course I had to put in some hot description of him... (I love JohnKras) So, thank you so much for sticking with me and all. There will be lots more to come! Thanks for reading and reviewing!

Oh, I am still with you.  This story is so wonderful.  I love the connection that Pam is making with the kids and how she is slowly taking notice of her hot husband.  Also, I love how you made Jim so respectful of her recovery.  He's so respectful it's sexy ;-)

I can't wait for Pam to learn more about her lovely family!

Author's Response: Thanks for sticking with me. How could I write a story and have Pam not acknowledge her HOT husband? She will keep seeing his 'hotness' hehehe! They will be lots more for Pam to learn about her family, and also her past with Jim. Thanks for reading and reviewing!

I'm really enjoying this story.  I think the idea of Pam getting a glimpse of her relationship with Jim sort of from the "outside looking in" is going to be VERY interesting. I can't wait to see how the past unravels for her and how that effects their future. Good stuff.

Author's Response: Thank you so much for reading and reviewing. I'm having a lot of fun writing the idea of Pam seeing the past through Jim. I'm kind of having Jim be the mirror for her right now, until she began remenbering pieces of her life here and there. And the past will be creeping up on them pretty soon! Once again, thanks for keeping with me on this one. =)

I absolutely love this, even reading it a second time, and I'm so glad others are enjoying it as well. It turned out wonderfully, and so glad you decided to split. Its too great to cut, all too important!

Author's Response: I'm really happy with the story now. I was hesitant in the beginning, but I'm glad it's turning out ok! I had to split the chapters, there were areas on the second part that I wanted to explore more, but I felt restricted because of the length. But now it's all good. (I'll be sending it soon!) Thank you so much once more!

Love that the JAM banter is still in place, and that Pam finally sees her own talent. It haden't hit me until this chapter that Pam dosen't know the story behind the relationship. Will she find out the truth, maybe through the documentary, or Michael? Can't wait to see the next chapter :)
P.S JK, JF, and the Office writers were all robbed. How they could not nominate JK for the ending to Company Picnic alone, is beyond me.

Author's Response: I wasn't sure about the JAM banter, I thought it might not be believable. But, since Pam had gotten to know Jim within the time she was in the hospital, they would definitely fall into the normal banter. My spoiler for the "Will she find out the truth," is that Pam needs to know and learn as much as possible because in my non-medical world it will help her remember. Now, how she will learn the truth and all it's awesome details... keep reading! (A tease, I know). Thanks for reading! rnrnThe Emmy thing... wow! I don't even want to get started on that. Just... wow! I don't want to be biased because I absolutely love this show, but The Office writers are incredible... and no nomination, it's beyong me! rnrn

That was really good. I am glad none of that got cut.

Wow, Jim and Pam have such a story... I cannot imagine the toll relearning and reliving that history will have on them.... but I do look forward to reading it.

Author's Response: They do have an awesome story. That's why I would love to see them relive it again! I love the Jim and Pam falling in love idea. I'm glad you're enjoying it. Thanks for reading.

I really enjoyed reading this chapter from Pam's POV, herfirst look at what home and life there was for her before the accident and how difficult it was to not feel like this person that everyone loves. But when she lets her instincts take over instead of overhtinking it, she's more the Pam in the pictures than she even realizes. I'm really enjoying this gradual development and I look forward to more.

Author's Response: Yeah, Pam just lost her memories, but her instincts are intact. I've been reading some articles on amnesia, and memories are kept every where in your brain. So, Pam might not remember some things, but others are right there...she kinda just have to connect the dots. I'm going to have fun with her trying to piece her puzzle of a life (I hope that makes sense!) I'm glad you're enjoying it. Thanks fore reading.

I can tell that you have given this chapter a lot of attention.  It's beautiful.  I loved this moment:

A green tea pot on top of the stove called her attention. She walked over and lifted its lid—empty. Somehow she had hoped to find something inside.

What a wonderful call back to the show.  I also loved how you left Pam alone in the house to explore.

I can't wait to see what happens when it's bedtime.  Awkward!

Author's Response: I gave this chapter A LOT of attention. I just thought it was so crucial for her to see how her life was. The house has a lot of her and I wanted to convey that on this chapter and the next one- that's why I decided to split it into two chapters. The tea pot was one of my first ideas... It means so much, to both of them. I had to include it somehow. There will be other "objects" that will pop-up every now and again....wink, wink! Pam needed to explore the house on her own. She couldn't have Jim explaining everything all the time. She had to do this on her own! I'm glad you are enjoying it so far. Thanks for reading!

Ellie and Ben are adorable, I hope we'll see lots more of them as Pam recovers. I love that the 'connection' between Jim and Pam is still in place, despite everything. Can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Trust me, there will be lots of Ellie and Ben... I don't have my own babies, so they are it for me! (Yes, I've lost it!) But, I'm enjoying writing this and having Jim and Pam fall in love again! Thanks for reading, I hope to update soon enough!

Loved this chapter, maybe because I'm a sentimental fool! I think these two have such an amazing connection, and I love how you portrayed that in this chapter.

Author's Response: Yeah, I think Jim and Pam are really soul mates, and even if they didn't know one another, I think they could still feel the obvious connection. They've shared so much, and I'm sure a little memory loss won't get in their way..wink, wink. Thanks for reading!
