I've always been interested in what happens in other installments of the rituals we only see once, like the company picnic, and I'm psyched to see you digging into it. You've created this great, tense, awkward, weighty moment for Jim and Pam, forced to reunite against both of their wills/as one or both them might have wanted, being pulled together and apart by forces beyond their control. Their dialogue there sounds very them, too.

I'd love to hear more about it, if you're in the mood to expand on this. Does this fit with canon, is it an AU, do Jim and Pam interact more on that day, is this the first indication he has that she and Roy didn't get married... this feels like a rich area to mine you've uncovered.

Oh man. This is a good setup and story, and I can totally see a Dwandy fight in this kind of context. Thanks for sharing!

This is another lovely story. Great banter between Jim and Pam. Yes it has that feeling of awkwardness but it's still sweet. However it also feels like there should be more. Jim and Pam seem to be getting on well. I'd love to see this continued since it's really fun to envision.

Lovely in-character moments here. I love the idea of Michael holding a conference room meeting to discuss the tactics of facing Jim at the picnic.

Pam and Jim’s interactions were very sweet and tentative - they feel true to the Season 3 awkwardness.

I feel like this picnic is just getting started - I’d love to see more.
