I really enjoyed writing my first story for the 55 Word Challenge. I wanted to write another. Maybe someday I'll have the guts to write more than 55 words!

"I’m sorry. I’m going back to Scranton. Alone."
"Because of her?"
"Yes."
"I saw this coming."
"Why did you stay with me?"
"I don’t know..because you’re terrific. But you were never really mine."
"I’m sorry."
"You said that already. I’m sorry too."
"For what?"
"For being selfish."
"You’re great."
"Yeah."
"Goodbye, Karen."
"Goodbye, Jim."
