An experiment with writing a Drabble

********

Thirty years from now they are walking from the car to the entrance of a discount superstore to buy things for their new grandchild. Jim is lagging behind, he's having a nagging feeling he's forgotten something. Jim remembers now, he's locked the keys in the car, that's it. "Hey Pam," she turns around, "I just thought you should know-" Pam glares at him. He'd forgotten their rule, no discussions in parking lots, ever. "Nevermind," he says, "go ahead, I'll catch up." He sighs, at least he didn't leave her at a hockey game.
