I loved this! What a cute premise and so wonderfully played out. As a Catholic who often loses her keys, I loved the reference to St. Anthony ;) well done! Thank you for this beautiful piece.

Author's Response: Thank you so much!! I absolutely love \"the art of loving and learning,\" so your encouragement means a lot. :)
A story of death, love and Mose. And lots of beets. Spoilers to the end of S4.

This was so beautiful. I feel like I can't say anything that hasn't been said already, but this is such an original work. Mose is such a fascinating and difficult character to write, but you stay so true to what we know about the Schrute family while explaining so many things about Mose. I think the greatest compliment a writer can recieve (especially when doing such an original piece) is that their story fits perfectly with what it's inspired by, so much so that it seems to blend with the larger work- in this case, The Office. And I know that when I see Mose on the show, I will think of maples and true love and the art of patience.
And Nazis, of course.
Author's Response:
What a great compliment, thanks! I'm so honored that you would think of my version of Mose while watching the show. I had such a great time writing him. Thank you, josephine!

I loved this, Steph. Toby has to be far and away my least favorite character, but you make him so incredibly endearing in this work. Really beautiful writing; your dialogue is spot-on. Thanks for such a great piece!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I\'m so glad you enjoyed it.

How great is this story?! One of my favorites in a long time. I generally don't read WIPs, but I couldn't help but follow this story from part 1 on. The whole story is so layered and this last chapter is so clever, but my favorite line has to be "if I was any more relaxed, I'd be dead." That got a real laugh out of me :)
Well done, as always!
Author's Response: hahaha. I'm so glad you quoted that line because that's one of my faves too! I remember saying that once at a Diana Krall concert with a glass of Pinot under the stars. Seriously...anymore relaxed, I would have been dead. I was striving for layers and I'm so glad that for you that came across. Thank you so much!
