I think you've painted Pam as every gamer's fantasy girlfriend. I was a WOW widow for about 3 weeks before I made my husband pull the plug. That was after I slaved over dinner for hours and he grabbed his plate and headed back to the computer. I realize its fiction, and its well written, but I don't think Pam's that patient. Good story though.

Author's Response: I\'ve tried to come up with a response about five different ways. I guess it boils down to this (not snarky or superior here, just my thoughts and experience): Pam really does have the patience of a saint; Diablo II is a much easier game to set down and walk away from than WoW--you can play all day, or for just 15 minutes; and I do know there are couples that game very avidly together (so perhaps Pam is a late bloomer).
