This was great. You built up the intimacy between them of being completely alone and spending time together as friends before the kiss. This is a perfect situation because Pam couldn't really run away after the kiss. Also good foreshadowing that something is up with Roy.

Well it had a happy ending and it was *very* romantic. You can feel the longing they both have, and the fear of not wanting be the first one to say what they truly feel. I liked it. The canon version of that episode left a lot to be desired. This helps.
