1 This is so good that a review can't do it justice. Amazing parts included: the phone call with Karen and Jim's responses; Pam telling Kelly that Ryan is a jerk; Angela; the coal walk over *that* spot. The description of them slow dancing was so good.

1 I was so not expecting this. I thought this was going to be a nice romantic one shot and then boom. Romance and smut combined into one amazing story. The dialogue when they're fighting is perfect. I love how your Jim and Pam have these incredibly hot...times together, and then they're so sweet afterward.

I think I've said it before but I'll say it again - you write their understated way of life so well. Because of the Society in which they live, everything is unsaid, and yet you show it all.

God I love this version of Jim! So masculine and yet not afraid for everyone in his life to know that Pam is his priority. I think I've said this before, but you write their time alone in a way that gives it a dream-like quality. I imagine the movie version being a bit fuzzy around the edges, with lots of dim lighting. Seeing an update to this story is always a highlight.

This is a great story! I remember watching that episode for the first time and being so disappointed that Jim wasn't the one to find her crying. Thank you for writing a better version.
