As for Roy, a DUI is good enough in my opinion. Or maybe he starts dating someone else and just leaves Pam alone

Love this chapter! Pam is evolving so much!
She’s also been very touchy-feely with Jim, yet she doesn’t get why Roy punched him. Our girl is very much in denial. Can’t wait to read if she finally figures things out with Jim

True, but Roy didn't see most of the touchy feely. My/Roy's reasoning was A) Drunk, B) Jim looks like he's moving in on "his" girl. Pam is 100% in denail, we'll see if that gets shaken soon.

Progress!!! Here I am, reading this with a big goofy smile. You definitely didn’t disappoint with your cliffhanger!
As for writing the last chapter, I say absolutely no! Can you tell I’m a fan?
Anyway, just like we’ve seen Pam progress slowly and at a healthy pace, I think you should do that with Jim and Pam’s relationship. I’d love to read in detail what happens the following day, and how they start balancing their friendship and love, in and outside the office. You know: All those first, nervous moments in a relationship.
Anyway, I hope you’re inspired to write more. Your story is great, but at the end of the day it’s yours alone.

I haven't started an outline for a sequel, but that's what I am leaning towards at this point. I cannot promise that it would be updated nearly as regularly as this story though.

As for Roy, his idea in general isn’t bad. He’s just being an absolute jerk.
I hope Pam gets some courage to speak up. She seems very shy and subdued by Roy .

I love that Pam is coming into her own without having to rely on someone else. And I really like your depiction of Karen and Isabel and how they bonded together to support Pam. This is exactly what she needs before moving on . And Jim, well of course he completely understands her. Pam just had to find the courage to be honest with him. So glad she did.
As I said before, you write this story beautifully. And I love this urban setting. Reminds me of when we could travel.
I can’t wait to read more.
