I'm just a college student whose in love with all things The Office. Fanfic keeps me busy when I should be doing other things like studying, cleaning, or, you know, having a life. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than buying books, and you wouldn't believe the amount of fines I incur at the library.
I have a love/love relationship with commas, run-on sentences, and conjunctions. I'll apologize for that now.

Great ensemble piece. You got every character down great. I loved that Michael really did hit Ryan, so funny. And Dwight thinking he can do better than the instructor, hah!
The one thing that would have been better is if you let Pam and Jim stay partners and they did some serious mouth-to-mouth exercises :) Oh! What about one more chapter where they practice together!
But on a personal note, yay for volunteering for the Red Cross! I'm sure you're helping to save lots of lives, and this story reminded me that my certification is almost up, so thanks!
Thanks. It was my first (and still only really) ensemble piece. Thankfully, my class today was no where near as bad as it would have been at DM.. yes, that is really a nightmare in the making.
I was toying with the idea of Jim and Pam still being able to be partners... but, I also know that really we aren't allowed to let that happen unless necessary, and my prompt was more for a non-JAM session. So, I figured, I would keep it in tune with season two and just light flirtation.... but, yes... I will say, practicing concious choking - incredibly sweet and romantic. I love being the choking person when I am teaching with my crush (oh yeah, he can abdominal thrust me any time :P)
Totally get your certification renewed. I could teach you... exept, that would mean you would have to live in the same general area as me. Red Cross is my passion - a love hate relationship we have. I love them, but when they take up all my time... it takes me from my true love (office, of course)
I don't know if this made me hate Karen or love her even more. Hmm...ok, love. Lots of love. But anyway, nice job with this, because I don't normally swing this way and I thought it was great.
Role Reversal Challenge: It's May 2006. Jim's wedding is approaching and a lovelorn Pam can't take much more. Starts during Casino Night (or an AU version of it).
This is really good. Great idea and I love that you have them in the same places but the dialogue is different. I really want to dislike Lisa, but I feel like that's not gonna happen :) Can't wait to see what's going to happen!

After a fire destroys her apartment, Pam moves in with Jim and Karen. Everyone has to find out how they define "friendship". Not for those who prefer their Jim to be wholesome.
They're getting married?! Oh, Angst, how I loathe thee. I don't know if I feel worse for Karen or for Pam in this situation..hm..can't wait to read more!
I can't even imgine the case of blue balls Jim has. Whew! This chapter was such a tease.

I've really enjoyed this story. It makes me want to cringe with how awkward and unsure they are, but that's what makes it so good. It would be very difficult for them to just jump right in when there's so much air that needs to be cleared. Great job writing their first date. Can't wait for more!

Yay! They're finally being honest. I loved this line "if you'd just told me, I would have stopped you..." If only it didn't take so much time and going across half the world...but now they're in such a romantic city, what are they going to do next?!
I'm so glad you had Karen figure out that Jim was hesitant and unsure, because I was picturing Jim just going along with it and Karen would wear the ring, Pam would run into them, see the ring and give up on Jim forever. Kudos to Karen for not flipping out entirely, because I would thrown the ring down the nearest toilet or out the window or something! Now, is this the last of Karen? Or no? Post soon!!!
Ooh, I actually debated having Jim toss the ring into the Tiber River as a scene. LOL But passed that up- cause I'm sure it would have cost him a month's salary and I always figured Jim to be somewhat frugal. Heh. I'm pretty certain this is the last of Karen, we'll see.... Okay, I was not prepared for this to be the last chapter, but it was everything I wanted and more! It was so cute how Jim sent her showercaps....actually everything about Jim in this chapter was awesome. Dancing with senior citizens? Leaving crazy directions? Speaking Italian? Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!

And I loved "Jim says: Creed" That was great. I love when they do that sort of thing on the show, and using it was very realistic and funny.

I've really really enjoyed this story. And this may sound weird, but what really got my interest at first was the chapter titles. I love the journey Pam has taken (with Jim's help) to become comfortable in her own skin (or own clothes, heh), and so the titles really got my attention.

I love how women can do that. We'll be absolutely pissed, but if we run into someone or the phone rings it's instant big fake smile. Amazing.
