Jim raised his eyebrow at the blushing woman next to him, but decided not to ask. Probably not the thought that he was thinking.

"If only we knew each other in high school."

Pam looked at him. "Yeah. We would have been best friends." She smiled. "Who knows, I've might have started dating you and not Roy." She quickly started to giggle.

He could only smile back. He knew that in the span of a year that he had fallen for her. Even though she was taken by someone else.

"Earth to Jim!" Pam snaps her fingers in his face.
