"Dunder-Mifflin, this is Pam." Jim couldn't help on noticing the tone of her voice when she answered the phone. It is almost like she wasn't expecting it to ring.

He IMs her: "You okay there, Beesly?"

A couple of moments later: "Yeah. I was staring at my desk again and the phone startled me." The phone rings again.

His replies: "The job is never done in the life of a receptionist. Talk to you later."

"Jim."

Jim sees Kevin from the corner of his eye. He gets up and walks over. He waves at the three accountants.

"What's up, Kev?"
