Per nomadshan's planting the irresistible notion in my head of writing an Out of Control Jim story (along with encouragement from other posters at TWoP - you know who you are).... This is an exploration of what could happen if (when?) Jim and Pam were pushed to the point of losing all control.

Pam gets a taste of what her life could be like. AU“I need someplace to stay.” She said this so softly he had to strain to hear her in the stillness of the evening, leaning toward her slightly. Something inside of him suddenly wanted to protect her.
This will just be a series of short vignettes about Jim and Pam getting to know one another as they start their adventure into true coupledom. Embarrassing moments, phobias, guilty pleasures....the truth comes out.
First date. Anxiety and hope and terror and euphoria.
