Very much enjoyed the reimagining of booze cruise!! And so glad they finally got their kiss! I felt for katy there though with Roy, but really liked the way you still incorporated Roy’s wedding date speech.
Looking forward to the next chapter!

Author's Response: Thanks! It was a lot of fun to re-orient the booze cruise this way. And of course to have Jim and Pam get together a lot sooner. Katy still gets a raw deal, but at least she knows why instead of just the instant break like in canon.

I wasn’t allowed to leave any more jellybeans! Lovely to see this back and I enjoyed the new take on Booze Cruise! Nice work, but please don’t leave it so long for the final chapter, it’s too good to wait!

Author's Response: Glad you liked it. I'll do my best about getting it wrapped up.

Ugh. Roy! He really needs to get his act together!! I’m shocked that Katy was so understanding… but also, how awkward was that table trio of her, Jim, and Pam— yikes!!! Love the callback to Casino Night and the extra who actually jumped off the boat when Michael announced it was sinking— oops!!! And glad that Jam had a better moment connecting up on the open deck in your story!!! And even though their meal was simple, glad to see they were using their skills! Hopefully they’ll get more adventurous in the next chapter! Glad to see this back!!!

Author's Response: Yeah, Roy's not great. I figured since I had Jim mentally grow up a bit earlier in this story, that maturity would show in how he treated others. So I had Katy receptive to that. Glad you picked up on some of the details I brought in. It was fun to add those. Thanks for the review.

SO first of all, Pam and Jim should know better than to set the dishwasher to run when they are about to leave. Leaks are a nightmare but are so much worse when you are off on a booze cruise in January and come to home to it.

Clever way to get the four of them back together to experience all the hijinks on the booze cruise together. Katy and Roy did seem to have more of a connection that Pam and Roy on the original booze cruise so it makes complete sense here.

Poor Katy though still has to endure the nonsense and another bad ending, albeit this time because Roy has clearly not gotten the message and still has no clue how to treat a date or that it's OVER with Pam. And even Jim was kind of a jerk when it came to how he treated their breakup.

What I most enjoyed in this version of the Booze Cruise was our couple finally having that kiss while up on the deck and getting to share what they'd been feeling for each other.

I'm looking forward to seeing what's for dessert.

Author's Response: Glad you liked the way I was still able to get them all together. It was fun adding a different twist to it all. I did always feel a little bad for Katy. She got the short end of the stick and never really knew why. Hopefully it wasn't as bad in this version. I always enjoy getting Jim and Pam together a little sooner than canon so glad you like it too. Thanks as always for the great review.

Yay you’re back.
Roy still doesn’t get why Pam dumped him and thinking that making some grand gesture will work on her. At least Pam was smart enough to know that if she did go back to him Roy would just go back his old self by taking Pam for granted. I have a feeling Roy is going to really explode once he finds out about pam and Jim being together. I do feel bad for Katy a bit, but she can clearly hold her own so good for her.
Can we now get an update for Silver Wings?

Author's Response: No Roy doesn't quite get it. But that's his problem to deal with. Glad you liked how I wrote Katy too. I'll probably start working on Silver Wings again soon.
