my first roommate (college apartment), we each had a collection of kitchen stuff. very small kitchen and two huge collections of kitchen supplies. didn't work out. second roommate, we shared. was nice. third roommate we are using two collections again. and it is nearly taking over the kitchen. craziness. sharing is much better even in terms of space :)
