This is so sad. "Oh, The Baroness." Yeah, that's exactly how Pam would see Karen.

"Hugs don't lie." Can this be our mantra when we get a little down?
Thanks for the backstory, God. (Ooh, it's like Lost now, with backstories! The Scranton people are the Tailies.)
I'm enjoying this.

Oh, I love the Maria/Baroness comparison, and how well it works for the P/J/K triangle. And Henk was an idiot and a jerk!
I was also very amused by the thought of Jim in a cult, but aw, poor guy, upon reading the rest of the story.
And I really liked your interpretation of their thoughts in the Parking Lot of Doom scene.
Author's Response: Thanks! I really appreciate your comments because I was wary of veering away from canon and what we know for sure. I just had this vision of Pam sitting in the Alps a la the Von Trapps and needed to come up with something parallel for Jim.

I liked the backstories. They worked well with the characters.
oops, one accidental < br> tag near the end!
But yeah, I really think those backstories work with the characters and stuff like that.

Love the back story. Please tell me God is going to help these two figure it out soon?
Or maybe I should ask Him myself. He just seems so busy....
:)

So. so. so. GOOD. Seriously, this is how I hope God is. And the backstory on both of the characters was just perfect. I can't wait for more!
