Good job! You had an interesting, minimalist style to try to convey a lot. That last conversation did kill me a bit though. The only thing I wasn't sure about is that Michael would call his BFF "an idiot." Michael is better to give Jim pep talks than grief, I think.

This is a nice exploration of Jim's thoughts throughout the series. And, with the exception of the very last one--(I personally don't get everyone's fascination with Toby/Pam...worst idea ever, in my opinion...but that's my problem apparently!)--I really enjoyed these!
Then again, since you titled these "conversations Jim never had, I can accept the last conversation with Toby! :)
You should definitely write some more Office fics!

This was very bittersweet, I loved Michael being his wise self and the water/grape soda part...(I gave up soda for lent and I know the feeling)
but in the end i found myself rooting for toby, jim's being such a jerk...grrr
