This was so angsty and heartbreaking and then the kiss...it's just excellent.
I think it's interesting that she said sorry; I don't think he did, but it makes sense that she did. Jim really had less cause to feel guilty, since he knew Roy was not that great in general, and certainly not that great for Pam. Lisa's only fault, so far, is that she doesn't like to do the same things as Jim (like Casino Night and his poker nights); she humors him in those things rather than support him in them, perhaps? Which is actually sort of Karen-like too (maybe?)

Oh, wow, this is fantastic! I really like how you didn't keep it exactly as it appeared in the show. I like that things developed differently for Jim and Lisa.
You've got a great handle on the characters and how it would play out between them. I can't wait for the last past!

YAY! I'm so glad you updated. I really like this - it's similar to Casino Night, but yet at the same time it's so different. It's really interesting to see things turned around the other way. More please!
