I love buffer chapters!! so much fun! YAY!! you broke the 100 mark! That should inflate your ego (that's what she said) lol! But this truly is an awesome story! I like that Jim can help out Pam, if only it could be vice versa. A whole week without Jim? I don't know how a girl could survive?! Well hopefully we will be reading about some Jam lovin soon. Will you post tonight to your dedicated readers because they are so awesome and broke the 100 mark???!?!? pretty pretty please?!?!?! If I had Jim, I don't think that I could survive a week. So you know, I have to give Pam some major props for that one. ;)
The next chapter is THE smutty chapter (not to try and get you even more anxious for it, of course)...at least I think it is. I'm going to try and write enough this afternoon to justify posting tonight. :)

awwwwww.......I love fluff!! this was a fantastic chapter! I can just imagine the possiblities of the calligraphy set. Will Jim ever see the abstract art that pam created? i honestly thought that, that was goin to be the art she wouldgive him. I'm glad you posted tonight or rather last night. Is Pam going to throw Jim a party? The great thing about this story is that there are so many possibilities to go with. You're doing an amazing job. I'm just wondering are we gonna see more of Jim's work life, as well as will Pam get to see Jim's place of buisness?especially since Jim has seen Pams, lol. but this was an fantastic chapter, I can't wait to see what you write next!!

I want to leave a longer, more intelligent reviews than my normal babbling kelly-esque ones.
I was thinking about this story all night and how incredibly amazing it is. I thought about the idea of Jim Halpert as this suave businessman living all alone in the city, spending Christmas by himself in another country and it seriously upset me. In the most perfect way of course. You made me want the simple things for him, where in the show you almost want him to have the swanky job and the fancy apartment...but here, you wish him cupcakes. And Pam. Of course Pam.
I am so completely in love with this world you've created. Awesome awesome awesome...

hmmm.... Jim better come clean about his past soon because this is making him look like an a$$! So my question is why would Karen want more money when she probably makes more than Jim?I liked the Dwight role and how he was there to sort of comfort Pam. Great chapter. Author's Response: Jim does eventually come clean about his past...not immediately, it takes some coaxing, but he does do it.
And Karen is just all around evil, and there will be more of that to come in the future as well.

This is a nice chapter and a really sweet first kiss.
As for the smut, I'm comfortable with explicit, but in the context of THIS story, I would say maybe moderate at most. Otherwise it seems like it wouldn't flow too well.

I will happily read along with anything you see fit to post as long as it doesn't involve untimely death (a la Billy Joel smashing his car into the Golden Beet) or clowns (a strictly personal request). I would also be sad if Jim's plane crashed in the south pacific and he wound up on an island and ultimately showed up years later with a grizzly man beard. That might be kind of hot, I do like a man with a beard. :) Haha, but obviously, that isn't what happened. And I don't think anyone has to worry about drastic twists in the story. I mean, they're fun, but...I like to try and make my stories fairly realistic.

OK, OK, OK, OK [/Kelly] I hadn't read this at all because I was overseas [and dying of starvation] 'till last morning but I came on MTT and I noticed THIS and I read everything in about forty-five minutes and I am in love. Seriously. This is - amazing. There's no Dunder Mifflin but the characters are all there and I'm so, so in love with this, and the - everything.
AND I LOVE THAT YOU'VE POSTED 14 CHAPTERS in EIGHT DAYS. You are made of more awesome than this story. OK?

Anyway I love the JAM - first of all, Pam, because I like to believe that even if she'd never met Jim, she'd have enough sense not to go with it.
And Jim - I wouldn't at all be entirely surprised if he divorced Karen? AM I RIGHT OR AM I RIGHT? And that would fit perfect, too, because they may be able to work for a while, but they're also not the kind of couple who'd be able to work long-time - they're too similar but they're different too.
And finally, raunchy? Bring on your worst [or best, asjdskjal] because your smut is some of my favourite smut, and I love this story, so favourite!smut in love!story would be all kinds of amazing. :P
Alright, now that I'm sure I've scared you senseless, I'm going to go read this again, or something.
