Loved this conversation--Jim's gentle pushing is exactly what Pam needs and you wrote it beautifully. Really liked the way you tied it back into the episode at the end in a way that made perfect sense.

I've really enjoyed this whole series, but this one is particularly lovely. I especially liked the last couple of lines - so subtle and simple and touching.

That is fantastic. And, OK, Jim has tissues in his car? AND he uses fabric softener? And, and, and? Sigh.
You capture their voices so well. I just love these.
