This has been a favorite of mine for a very long time. I'm so glad you updated. I hope to read the whole story again in its entirety when you finish, which I hope won't be long. Thanks for the update. It was definitely NOT disappointing. Hope to see another update very soon. I'm patient, though.

Welcome back, WB! Glad you had a writing epiphery and were able to continue with this story. Don't apologize for the delay. Sometimes real life gets in the way, and sometimes the right words or ideas don't come easily. I'd much rather wait patiently for one good chapter, instead of some thrown together story that lacks characterization, and is full of painful typos. So take your time and we'll be waiting.

I think I'll have to go back and read the previous chapters to fully appreciate this, but I liked it. I liked that Pam is finally admitting what's wrong and that Jim isn't apologizing for trying to live his own life.

I'm so very thrilled to see an update from you here. I truly adore this story and I was wondering where Pam and Jim would next go. I enjoyed this chapter and I liked their final, quiet moment of understanding in the middle of Rite Aid. I keep staring at the clock as their time winds down and thinking what could make the clock stop. I guess we'll see if it does or doesn't. Looking forward to it!

Wendy Blue, I'm so happy to see this back, I did a little Pam-type bounce in my chair. I want to give Pam a good hard shake and give Jim a big hug! I do think that Pam felt punished by Jim moving to Stamford and I'm so glad he told her it wasn't his job to hold her hand.
Look, I know that writer's block sucks something awful. If there's anything I can ever do - just have a chat or a few emails back and forth to get the blood going - please don't hesitate.
