Oh! Oh, oh, oh--I love this story so much. I'm sorry I didn't review every chapter, but I honestly couldn't stop reading long enough to type something. I didn't want to take myself out of the story for even a minute to leave a review.
Pam's mom is an absolute angel, and I love how Jim opened up to her in the email--and the way he asked her permission to email her, and was so respectful...ah. So sweet and so very Jim.
Excellent, excellent story. I'm so glad you're updating frequently, because I can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Thank you so much, invis! I notice that you're very good at grammar, which makes me a little self-conscious about mine. **blush** I used to love to write. I have been away from it for a long time, and through this site have rediscovered how much joy there is in it. I know there's big flaws in my writing, but this has been 100% pleasure for me. I'm actually a musician, trained and professional and all that. ;) But I always, always encourage others to get joy from their music, whether they sing like an angel or a bullfrog, because that's what music is about. It's about the joy of it. And that's how I feel about writing these stories: it's just all joy for me. I'm hoping other people will enjoy reading them as I have enjoyed writing them, but I'm not really expecting that. So, you can imagine how incredibly grateful I feel when anyone who reads my stories reviews them as well. When someone with experience in editing and grammar does so, WOW....I'm just...wow. Thank you, so much. And thank you for overlooking my flaws **blushes again** ;)

Wow! Came out of a two-hour staff meeting to all these updates and I'm so excited. You've done such a great job. I love the e-mails between Jim and Pam's mom--a novel approach.

This is so beautifully written. I love how you express what both Pam and Jim are feeling, it just adds momentum to the story. Also, thanks for the super fast updates! =] Keep it up!
