He cannot tell if he is crazy or just confused, but either way, the ache of knowing how she doesn't know is enough to keep him up at one thirty six in the morning, hating himself for hating her.

This is all SO good. You amaze me again with your beautiful words, this time from Jim's POV. Can't wait for the next installment. :)

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I like that line, too. rnI'm so thrilled that you are enjoying it! rnPart III is on the way... :)

i like this a lot! We never get enough of how Pam must have been affect too - she didn't just have a 180 degree turn when he went to Stamford or anything :P This is really great!

Author's Response: I completely agree! Thank you so much!

Truthfully, if he had to put his sorrow into words, he’d write about how he can’t sleep anymore, how he barely listens to his favorite songs because the lyrics that mean so much to him remind him of the girl that means too much, and how he can’t look people in the eye and say, “yeah, I’m fine,” because he knows all too well that he’s completely lying.

You're killing me, Dwangie. How you summed up my break-up with my own Jim from Pam's POV in the first chapter and now from Jim's POV in the second chapter is astounding to me. Are you a mind-reader or something? ;P

Author's Response: Hahahaha thank you so much! And no, unfortunately, I'm not a mind-reader. rnThank you very, very much! And I'm sorry to hear about your own break-up, but I'm glad I could somehow put it into a different perspective. ;)
