I was wondering about the "Don't forget us.." note and yogurt lid - I was afraid Jim did see it and just callously ignored it. Thankfully you restored my faith in him.

This is fun. I love how you're incorporating the elements of the show into your story. And I like how you're slowly bringing Pam and Jim together. I'm really excited to see how future chapters play out. :)

Definitely more than 56% decent. ;) I'm really liking the set up on this story; there's a lot of potential and I really like the way you introduce new elements while trying to stay true to the show's canon. You've set up just enough obstacles for them to have to work for their happy ending. I'm looking forward to more.

It was certainly better than 56% decent, we're looking at more like 86% decent, lol. But seriously, this was great. A good mix of tension and the all familiar Office we all love. Great job! Really! I can't wait for the next chapter...and I'm really hoping this has a happy ending for our favorite couple!

I was so caught up in this that I didn't want it to end. Pleasantly surprised at the reappearance of the yogurt lid/note. Very cool. I'll be waiting right here while you work on that next chapter. No pressure...

Yeah, I really wanted to address the note in the first chapter because it's obviously so pivotal to his decision, but just couldn't find a good place for it there, so I'm glad it worked here. Ooh, so Jim didn't see the yogurt lid/note until months later. Glad you explained that because I was wondering if Jim was really that heartless at that point to just dismiss it. I'm liking Corporate Jim. LiveChat? Excellent idea! Can't wait to see these two live chatting! And this chapter was much more than 56% decent. : ) Looking forward to the rest.

And yes, there will definitely be some LiveChatting going on between those two... That sounded dirty. It was not meant to be dirty. I liked this chapter! You definitely exceeded 56% decent. I think you are weaving a good yarn. I like how well you capture Jim's nervousness about ... so many things. How his LiveChat idea will be received by the various branches. How he can exercise authority over his old coworkers. Dealing with David. Facing Pam.
Looking forward to the next chapter...

I definitely think the nervousness is one of the things that really separates Jim from Ryan; Ryan was so overly confident and really took charge from the very first instant, whereas Jim would definitely feel his way through a little more.
