The backstory you built out here is creative, and is an interesting look behind the scenes of the documentary. Feels like an important step to ground this story, considering that the way the documentary works is so fundamental to it.
Author's Response: Ironically, this may be the only fic I wrote where the documentary exists...but obviously I would be remiss not to point out that most of my take on it came from the work of GodInThisChilis on this site.
