Awwwwww, man. Very cute smut. Much as I love the idea of them having a big long conversation where they hashed out literally everything, it feels very realistically that the post-The Job summer would have included a lot of little moments like this where their past popped up on them and they dealt with it and then got back to what they were doing.
And I love the details you worked in here! The monster teeth clip and cocooned Pam and Pam's romance novels and Jim tucking her in again. This just felt very lived in and real and I enjoyed it a lot.

Ok but really tho. How realistic. He loves her and wants her no matter what she is wearing, even a fuzzy pink full length robe (objectively unsexy). Which probably blows her mind. I know that when I’m hanging out on the couch in sweats and a giant shirt (that probably has a food stain) and suddenly my husband wants to get all up in my business, it makes zero sense to me. But that’s love, real honest true love.
Just like my love for this fic ;)
