I think this is an accurate way to see Jim leave. Espeically with Pam not there. Trying to be calm about everything but inside dreading the day. Michael behaving like this also rings true for me. Probably because it comes as such a shock to him. One of his best guys is leaving really suddenly and Michael being Michael takes it hard. Nice job.

I always felt it was a pretty big loss that we never got to see Michael and Dwight's reaction to Jim's transfer, and I'm glad you dug into that. And ugh. Toby. I thought for a minute he might be getting overwhelmed with guilt, but I don't see that playing out. What a bastard.
I still think the camera crew is going to end up telling them somehow. Eager to see how you play it all out!
