This date is fun. They're so delightfully awkward but into each other enough that it's charming, along with plenty of steam So many That's What She Saids... And I love that Jim successfully seduces Pam by owning a work from one of her favorite artists.

Well, that escalated quickly. Yet at the same time, they're still them. They just work here. Something I'm really liking about this fic seems to come from the fact they're both CEO's. Seems like being in that position has given them a much better sense of when to make the big move, even if it seems early. They're both a lot more confident and bolder and I for one really like seeing it.
Also, holy crap! Jim is loaded! Not really complaining mind you, but damn! Also that pic of Jenna was really cute. It's fun seeing some of those references being brought in.
Can't wait to see where we go from here.

So, this chapter is just all sorts of adorable. Really interesting that Cathy is getting all catty about Jim. Trying to get more info on him from Pam. Trying to flirt with him when he calls. Good on you Jim for shooting that right down.
Then Jim's pulling out the stops here with the date. First the wine, then a private skate around at Madison Square Garden? Pam thinking she was in a rom-com makes total sense. Yet at the same time, they're both having a great time.
Tons of fun call backs to canon and real life too. Pam leaning on Jim while skating. The picture of Jim in a silver dress dancing to Proud Mary (aka John on LipSync Battle) make me laugh quite a bit. Nice touch there. Them eating hot dogs, though Pam didn't mistake the hot sauce for ketchup this time. Details like that made this chapter tons of fun.
And clearly they have a ton of chemistry with each other. It feels like canon where Jim and Pam just get each other and (for the most part) can just talk and be together naturally. Loved all of it.
The pictures at the end are all great too. Looking forward to more. Also you're going to make me run out of jellybeans early with this one, aren't you?

Oh I am enjoying this!! Everyone's personality and dialogue is right on the money. Stories where Kelly, Angela, and Pam are a team or friends & are among my favorites. The dynamic between the three is a blast.
So many good things here. Love the Karen shutdown! Jim & Pam hitting it off, the banter, and the bet are all gold. It is also nice that Pam & Jim are on equal footing, running successful businesses.

Sorry Jim, not everyone likes the classic sports. Though I have a funny feeling he made that bet knowing that. Sneaky bugger. Loved it!
Also loved that Jim and Pam start to hit it off right away. Already starting to flirt with each other even in the confines of their profession. That was fun. Jim giving Karen the cold shoulder was nice to see too. Seriously lady take a hint! He's not interested. Feels like there might be a couple landmines there.
Other than that, working in the "it's a date," line when they're already so taken with each other? Tons of fun. I've got a feeling Kelly is going to give Pam an earful about that. So is Angela. CEO Pam seems to be able to handle both of them though. Should be fun seeing how that all pans out. Nice job.

She can’t see that Jim is completely indifferent to her. I’m surprised that Karen didn’t try to pee a circle around Jim to mark him as her territory.
