Oh Pam. Yeah I feel for her here. To have Jim say goodbye and like this I'm sure hits hard. That she spirals into I can't is a good tie into Canon. And it's Angela who steps in. Good choice there. For all of Angela's hard exterior, there is someone underneath who cares. Dwight standing by until there's a need for action rings true too.
I don't think she can see the lighthouse right now. This feels line a big storm that's churned everything up so that there's no chance of spotting land. All she can do is try to keep her head above the waves.
