Oh, this is made of win. I love Kelly as a babysitter (bmw - alphabet car...bwahahahahaahaha). You get the dynamic just right, and the callback to Fun Run was priceless. Blushing Jim is adorable.

I seriously think you could market this fic as a mood enhancing drug. The Jilly/Jim dynamic is so delicious and believable - and his love for Pam oozes from how enthralled he is with their little girl. That Fun Run moment at the end was perfect - your words made me picture it exactly, as I read. This is pure love.

Author's Response: Thanks Miss Colette.  You know, sometimes I have to remind myself to actually include Pam in the story because I just love writing Jim with his daughter...just the idea of that is so freaking adorable to me I can't stand it.  I'm glad those scenes are as delicious for you as they are for me!

Jill needs a new sibling. I mean, or else its totally stupid of them to have bought that house. Unless they would give Jill 3 bedrooms (wait that would be kind of cool...)

Author's Response: hahaha. I'm quite sure Jilly-Bean would enjoy all those rooms!

I'm so happy to see an update on this story, it's always been one of my favorites. This is so cute and sweet. I love how you incorporated the buying of the house. Wonderful job. I hope you continue with it. :)

Author's Response: Thanks so much.   Now that Jim and Pam are together on the show, there's so much canon that I can start incorporating that I couldn't when I first started this story. Thanks so much for the feedback!

I read through this a couple weeks back, and I forgot to comment. This is such a cute piece! Jill is exactly what I picture Pam and Jim's child to be like.

Plz continue!

Author's Response: Cool! So glad you found the story and liked it!  And so happy that Jill is a probable little Jam baby! lol

This was so great! Somehow I've managed to never read this story, so I just read it all the way through and I'm just grinning from ear to ear. As far as this chapter goes, I loved loved loved the final few sentences where Pam "outed" them, reminded me very much of when they first admitted to dating in Fun Run. This was a great read!

P.S. Also, my dad used to call me "bean" which is pretty random but also pretty cool to read it in this story :)

Author's Response: Oh yay!!! So glad you enjoyed the story and that you thought this chapter was fun too!  Thanks so much for reviewing!

Very cute.  I like the call back to when Pam dropped the bomb that they were dating!

And the idea of Kelly influencing Pam & Jim's child?  Now that is pretty funny!

Author's Response: Oh man, all the fun Kelly could have with a little girl! lol.  Jim and Pam better watch out or they will have a little Kelly on their hands!

Yay! I was so thrilled to see an update to my favorite story about the Halpert family. I needed some fluff after all of the weirdness on yesterday's episodes. Will there be another story with the new baby? How will Jill adjust to having a little brother or sister and not getting all of the attention. Oh please, please, PLEASE add to this story or write a sequal!!! Thanks in advance ;)

Author's Response: Aw, thanks for the great feedback Sarah.  There will definitely be another chapter after this...I'm not sure where it will end, but I don't want the story to wear out it's welcome either.  We shall see how things go! ;-)

I felt really lucky to get an early look at this.  It was great to get a visit from Baby Jill in the middle of my work day!  Maybe I'm biased, but I thought it turned out pretty great.  The Fun Run-esque scene at the end is my favorite, I think.  Great stuff.

Author's Response: Brokenloon you're the best!  Thank you for all the support you've always given this story!  That Fun-Run scene has been a favorite of mine since it first aired and I've always kind of wanted a reason to sort of riff on it...so glad I got the chance!

i cracked up at the Beyonce part.. so good :)

Author's Response: Ha! I must admit that little Beyonce thing inspired the whole story. I saw a really cute video on youtube of this little girl dancing to the same song and I thought it was adorable....a chapter was born. lol

Aww, I love how you integrated the new house storyline into BabyTalk.  ITA, that when you realize the first one is getting a bit spoiled, that's when most parents decide it's time for another baby.

We call our girls 'bean' too.  Nicely done.

Author's Response:

Oooh, gosh there's something about calling her "bean" that I love...for me it goes along with Jim's love for jellybeans. lol.  I'm so glad that Jim and Pam wanting to have another baby at this point rang so true for you!
