Haha, I definitely stopped reading in the middle to check out eraseme.com. I should always read to the bottom first! I like Jim's determination to find out Pam, only deterred by his finding and his own desire to forget. And what's Roy up to? Hmmm...

Wow, that tattoo was a surprise! Wonder what she was thinking when she got that... Also, I'm really starting to wonder what Roy's hoping to get out of this. They can't build a life together again with him using a false identity and back story, so is he just looking to get laid? Or is he just hoping to build up her attachment and trust so that when he tells her who he really is, she'll love him enough not to care? Or has he just not thought it through at all and is just going for the quickest, easiest way into her life? Hmmm...
Ooh, the phone call! Now we're getting somewhere! I love how they just sort of clicked again, even not knowing each other, even just over the phone.
And architecture? Interesting! About time Jim found his true calling.
Wonderful! I'm glad the truth is finally coming out. I find it *fascinating* that they'd known each other before and erased that too. In an earlier chapter, when Pam had a flashback to being with Jim, I'd wondered to myself, "when did that happen?" but now it's all so clear. Very cool! I was also beginning to wonder when Pam was going to get around to asking Jim his name! That might have cleared things up a bit earlier!
Author's Response: Thank you! I, too, love the idea that they'd somehow known each other before working together. And I know, Pam should've really asked him his name, but I felt like that would've gotten confusing from a writer's perspective. ("And then, Jim did this. And then, the other Jim said this.") But now they've got all the information - now they just have to figure out what to do with it. :)
Wow, that was sad. Believable, but sad. I can understand how that might be hard to deal with, all that coming back suddenly.

I love the unfinished house, the extended flashback to the designing and their "9.0 earthquake", and that ending was unexpected and awesome!

Jim and Pam and two telephones, post-Season 3.This is so cute so far! I'm sure none of us would have imagined that the date being immediately canceled would turn out so well, but this is very promising.
Also, I found both Jim and Pam totally relatable in this chapter, since I too always assume people are annoyed with me when they're not quite themselves, and I feel weird talking on the phone when I'm in a state of undress. So, thank you, this chapter made me feel like there are others like me out there :)
Um, yes, I *may* just have to choose smut on that one. Just my gut instinct.
Love all the teasing/flirting in this chapter - very natural, and very cute!
Haha, I love that you're taking this in a smut direction but still keeping it completely cute, funny and weird. Pam's fantasy of hiding under the desk made me smile, and I love the little detail of being weirded out if the cat were to walk in.

Pretty cool so far! You've somehow managed to make it both kind of freaky/tense and fun/cute - great combination!

Hahaha, excellent. Although it kind of worries me that Dwight has a name for "The Love Shed" because that makes me think that it's a special place for them and they went back there more than once... And Angela finally getting to see the fight that she was so fascinated by! Awesome.

My feeling was he just named it on the spur of the moment when he saw the two of them on film knocking Birkenstocks and...Land's End purple patterned shoes. Don't worry, Dwight and Angela don't sneak into Jim's back yard for Love Shed action on a regular basis. No, sir (or madam), put that right out of your mind.
I loved how she kept asking everyone to tell her the story of that fight in The Negotiation. And her breathless, excited reaction to everyone telling it (except Creed) was wonderful.

Oh, these are sad, but great, so far. I'm starting to get a little hope, especially from this last one, that the process of returning things will make them reconnect and bring them back together, but I accept that those hopes may get crushed and this is still an awesome fic, and feels very real.
