Bio:

I'm a student living in Seattle. For a while I was only reading and reviewing, (I'm pretty shy) but then I decided to go for it and begin posting - albeit very sporadically. I still feel that I've got a long way to go in terms of my writing, but as I'm busy with school I'm content to just read, review and beta for now.

That said, I love to rock climb, travel (Europe in particular), listen to old 60's music, read all of your stories here and watch The Office, How I Met Your Mother and Gilmore Girls.

Email me anytime and I'll gladly beta for you - just know that I might be a bit preoccupied from time to time with school, but I'm still interested. My email is: pamelamorganhalpert [at] yahoo [dot] com

P.S. I saw Jenna Fischer in person in May 2010 at the world premiere of her movie 'A Little Help' and I've got a insy winsy picture on my phone to prove it (sadly no autograph...). However, I can say that I've been within a foot of Jenna, as she walked right by me to take pictures for the press.

Aww, cute end to the dream. Yay! And too bad about Karen, too. I can't wait for another update - and, if I may make a request, can we have a Jim teaching scene/focus??? Those have got to be my favorite! Hopefully Pam will find away to become a teacher somehow - maybe student teach with Jim? Or at least get the art teacher job?

Okay, I'll stop being annoying - anyway, great job and I love this story!

Author's Response: Oh hush, pamelamorganhalpert, you could never be annoying. It delights me to have such a devoted reader, and it always brightens my day when I come across one of your kind reviews. Thank you, thank you, thank you for continuing to read. I just caught your Illinoise review, and I'm working on getting that zip file for you. I just have to figure out what hard drive it's on, because I've been taking care of some early spring cleaning on my laptop and desktop and things are all sorts of lost. I was freaking out earlier today because I couldn't find any of my pictures. And I have a LOT of pictures from over the years. I almost cried. But then I found them. Yay!

I'm debating Pam's future as a teacher, because while I love that idea, I'm wondering if it will be feasible with a newborn at home. Jim and Pam's parents live over an hour away, and there won't be anyone at home to care for their little one. (Although a fun spin-off entitled Molly the Nanny has crossed my mind. I'm thinking of submitting the idea to Pixar. Haha.) Teaching Jim has been a popular request, so I definitely promise to bring him back. I'm a Literature nut, so those classroom scenes are always fun to write.

Thank you so much for continuing to review. Please don't stop! I always love to hear what you have to say. Have a great weekend.

Oh my god, that was so cute with the baby kicking while Jim was singing! I wouldn't mind Jim/John singing to me! Great chapter, and I can't wait for more!

P.S. - Thank you so much for all the playlists, I'm learning about a ton of new good music. It's great!
P.P.S. - I'm not sure who's lucky, you that I've caught up and am now starting to write reviews, or me, for finding this story!

Author's Response: Baby's respond well to music, so I hear. I've been interrogating all of my friends with children to get the good pregnancy scoop. Which results in an endless barrage of, "Are you pregnant?!?!?!?!" from all of my friends and family, and when I say no, they just look confused. I'm pretty sure I scared the crap out of my husband when I picked up a "What to Expect..." book at Barnes & Noble the other day. I thought he wasn't looking. My bad.

I'm so glad you enjoy the playlists! Nothing puts me in the mood to write like some good tuneage. Butch Walker is a favorite. That boy puts on a show like no other. He's such a kook, and so full of energy, as you can tell if you happened to watch his "Tiny Dancer" performance. I went to his show in Chicago, and if he makes a stop in Dallas any time soon, I am THERE.

Okay, I need to get off the computer because I am starving. I tried to curb my hunger with a lollipop, and now I'm just chewing on a stick. Do they say it's bad to eat so late in the day? I don't follow rules!

nice little afternoon read. very entertaining! loved the playful banter - definitely in character! as for plot ideas, maybe reactions to pregnancy, excited ____ (you know what i mean) from the news. maybe just their ... little activity... through the pregnancy as it gets more difficult and then after the birth managing little times to go after each other?!? hope that helped a little!

haha. that was good. i love how it's fragments of a story with the jim and pam component, then switching to a new idea. i really like that style, because after a while some plot lines can get flat. this is a great way to keep up the action, or reality of the story. great job!

nice concluding line there - and i love how sweet and loving pam was towards jim in this chapter, very nicely done! i was slightly confused how (i think...) the story went back and forth between the work day and the evening. is that right??? anyway great chapter, and just wanted to let all of you tesserae authors know i love this story. by the way, what does tesserae mean, and what's the significance? just wondering.

That was beautiful! I loved it so much - Jim is so perfect. Most of the time I think there has to be some imperfection to make a story real, but every once in a while, it seems right to make everythink work out like you want it to. After all, Jim and Pam have been through so much, that with this baby it's time to do things right - and get the timing right. Therefore, this is perfect. (sorry if that didn't make any sense, I'm just trying to say that was great!) Please write some more chapters, I can't wait to see what happens next in the world of newly-wedded JAM bliss! I give this a 10/10!

Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, I have a feeling fluffy fluff is what I\'m going to be in the mood for all summer.

that was adorable. i love little jenny, and how she looked up to pam when she was confused. it was so cute!

the only thing i didn't like was when you said hopefully that was enjoyable in your authors notes!

i think that makes a great one shot, or a first chapter of many cute halpert family stories

Summary: "Like all Mondays, they took separate cars because Pam had her art class across town after work. Like all Mondays, Pam dropped the kids off at Jim’s parent’s house in the morning and he picked them up in the evening. But today was not a regular Monday—as Jim would soon discover." ah, you're so sweat. i got to watch the whole thing - totally the best episode yet. i loved the few jam moments we got to see, especially the boat and the scene in the church when jim cut his tie -that was the best. jim is so good to pam, such a beautiful moment! keep going with the story, i cam't wait to see what happens next now that pam knows whats going on. will jim ever bring up roy? where is he in the story?

can't wait for the next chapter as much as i can't wait for thursdays! that was cheesy, so what!

oh wow. that was fabulous! what a great idea of jim's to take pam back to the location of all their biggest memories, good thinking Dedeen! i still love this story as much as the first time i read it, if not more so because now pam is slowly remembering and their relationship seems so strong now.

i'm with you, i can't wait for the wedding! i think it truly will be the best episode yet. sadly i'm babysitting tomorrow night, so i may have to stop watching halfway through and go home. too bad. then i'll pick up where i left off on the computer later. anyway, great job with this chapter, i think this was my favorite so far, and i can't wait to talk about the wedding with you later!

Author's Response: Thank you sooo much. Your reviews always leaves me smiling! The idea for Jim to take Pam to those locations, seemed ideal. It is an enormous part of their history. Especially the office. Sooo, the wedding, when I firsr watched it I thought it needed more JAM moments. I wanted to see them together ALL THE TIME! But that didn't happened. But when I re-watched it (again and again, and again... You get the drift) I loved it. Best epidsode ever! The end with all the scenes from the boat had me crying. I hope you didn't have to stop halfway. Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!

wow. that was amazing! you are so good at all the trauma and realistic situations - you always leave me impressed! great chapter and i can't wait for the next half!

my only suggestion, which sadly is a little late since this chapter is already posted would be for jim and pam to be a little more nervous by being at the hospital. well, maybe not nervous but feeling a little reminiscent of the last time they were at hospitals - for the birth of their kids and the accident. i just thought maybe they'd have some bad memories which might trigger some different reactions or mannerisms while in the facility. just my two cents! :)

anyway, this was a great chapter - and hopefully ellie will be better, or at least they'll figure out what happened to her. and of course finish their date. it's so nice to see pam starting to remember certain events - it's a lot of fun to read those moments happening!

Author's Response: I'm so glad you liked this chapter. I was a bit hesitant to write about it. It was an scary event for my friend as well as for me. I take a lot of Ellie from the her little girl and it became very close to me. About the hospital scene. I actually had a whole scene about the anxiety they felt about returning to that same place. But it was kind of stealing from what I wanted to get across. There was too much emotions overlaping... so I decided to cut it.

Thank you so much much for your input. It makes me very happy to know that people are paying attention and actually thining about it after they read it. It's all I ask!

Thanks again

i think the last part in their room was definitely the best writing i've seen in this story so far! great job dedeen! i loved the part about ben running away, it gave the story the perfect touch of reality, along with an opening to disclose jim and pam's fears and needs. amazing!

Author's Response: You always know how to flatter a girl. Thank you so much for always reading and reviewing. You have no idea how much writing fuel it is! The whole ending I idea was to have Jim and Pam realize how much they needed each other, ya know? Specially Pam... Slowly and surely I\'m returning their \"situation\" back to normal...Thanks for staying with me on this one! =)

Oh my god, that was so sweet. I love the scene at the grocery store, Roy's temperment and actions seem very realistic - nice job there. I also thought the last scene with Pam coming downstairs was beautiful, the happy and the sad, and all in between. It was so special that it was a family moment. Great job with this story, it was so well done! I've had a great time reading this amazing story!

Author's Response: I'm so glad you are liking this story! The grocery store scene is one of my favorites. I just like envisioning them as a normal family. I love putting the Halperts in normal situations. I'm so glad you liked the last scene. That was the pivitol point of the story. I'm glad it came out well! Thank you so much for reading and for all your wonderful reviews. =)

as i was reading and got through about the second paragraph i must've stopped for like five minutes and was just thinking how well written this was! it's incredible. and i can't tell you how much i've always wanted to read something about some more conversations in their time apart during season three. it just made me so happy to read this, and by such an incredible author. i think when i'm done writing this review i'll go see what else you've written...

also, darn i forgot what i was going to say... la di da di da.... it'll come back to me...

oh right. as i logged onto MTT today - as usual i went to the 'recent section'- i breifly skimmed through the titles and summaries of all the stories and found there were at least five that i wanted to read. and i saved yours for last because i knew this would be the most promising. i could just tell!

anyways, i can't wait for the next chapter to come and if you need a beta reader (but it sounds like you already have one) just reply to this review and let me know.

great job! i give it a ten out of ten!

i like that, not as good as 'two', but still good. i liked it up until she asked him for an impression of roy. after that, i think it was a little confusing, what the intentions of their words were.

i think if you wrote another chapter that would help to ease the confusion, so we can see what it supposed to happen next.

nonetheless, this story DOES have a lot of potential. nice job, and consider writing another chapter - along with a seventh for 'two'!

Author's Response: We\'re gonna blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol for much of both of their decisions in this fic. ;) This fic is just a little oneshot, stuck in the backwoods of their friendship, in theory before the series even started. Probably no second chapter for this one. Sometimes I love a good fic that begs for a second chapter. For example, \"Australia\" by Erileen. That one will make you want a second chapter like no other! Almost heartbreakingly so.\r\n\r\nThanks for reading, and leaving a review. And there\'s still some \"Two\" to come, hopefully soon. =)
