Again , I'm so happy you restarted this story. I read it like a million years ago. I was really disappointed when I saw it wasn't finished, since it is so great.

Author's Response: Thank you, yes, I hated getting into a great fic and then it would leave me hanging. It was the writers strike during season 4 when I was inspired to start this. I'm still determined to finish it, I'm glad this archive is still around. I'm working on the next 2 chapters. I had them fully written out a few years back and some how lost them.

Ok, I have to start by saying that I got mad the second I read this really was the last chapter LOL
I love the interaction with Penny and how she makes Pam realize what dating a nice guy is like. As for the rest of the chapter, it was so awesome! Well worth the wait.
But, are you sure this is the very last chapter? Can’t you tell us what happens on their date? Pleeease?? I really hope you change your mind and give us an epilogue 😊

Lol, I’m sorry! It really is the last chapter because I’ve run out of song lyrics from that album for this story. 😂 HOWEVER, I’m not ruling out a sequel of sorts... I mean, we’ve got their first real date, the following weekend when Jim takes her to his dad’s birthday party, and the rest of the time before Jim moves back to Scranton. I’m just saying... a sequel isn’t off the table just yet. (Just don’t tell DuchessCupcake I said that, she’s already relentless in her guilt-trips).

Thanks for the pics! The house is pretty much how I pictured it, and so is the ring. So really great job with the written descriptions.
Jim’s kinda controlling in this fic, in a charming kind of way.
About the gossiping in the office, Pam should put a stop to them by telling her side. That way she controls the story that her coworkers are dishing about ;)
I can’t wait to read what happens in Canada and with Roy. Also, I really want to know what Jim’s parents have to say about this relationship. Will they be as accepting as the Beesleys?
