I was so excited when it said Roy was dead! So I thought Pam would be too, but then the whole explanation of how she'd been robbed of the justice moving forward was so well explained, so thank you for that and helping me understand more about how this would have played out.

Went back and forth about the how’s and where’s and why’s for a long time.  He was never going to survive my series and I even had considered it happening in Court… ultimately decided I needed to fully take Pam out of witnessing or feeling DIRECTLY a part of it.  She will still struggle with the internal “I sent him there” or “should have kept my mouth shut”… but that’s where her immediate recognition of calling her new therapist shows she knows she wants to love past those things.

Oh I loved this, it was the perfect fix it for Phyllis’s wedding!
The break up scene was spot on perfect. Actually, all your dialogue in this was just so canon like. Really felt like it could have been what happened.
Loved the little bit with Dwight and Angela getting caught, nice to weave that little bit of canon with their dance in there.
Awesome job. Can’t wait for the next one of these!!!

Just one drink - that made me laugh snort as soon as I read it. Yeah right.

Well obviously I loved this, but oh my god, Pam's pets names I FREAKING LOVE THOSE.
Biggest question of this whole chapter that I need immediately answered: did Jim view her story!?
Of course Pam was listening to Posty. What a queen. What a king.
I reallllllly wanted to shake the pair of them while they were sat on the bench, thank god for their hug.

Ooh I really like this slant on things with Roy seeing the note first, and it totally tracks he’d go in with his fist. Glad Dwight was there to save the day (obviously).
I’m glad Pam deleted all those voice mails and didn’t just run back to Roy. Also the use of ‘I can’t’ on the note was great

Really liked getting to delve into how both Jim and Pam are feeling. And loved you fixed it so Jim took a step backwards and realised Pam needed to take things slow and not to rush her.

I'm kind of fascinated by soulmate fics, and this was such a good one! I loved that Pam was just wondering if maybe Jim was her soulmate, and that seemed pretty ok with not having one, rather than it be Jim.
Loved the idea of them realising at casino night they were soulmates. But the reveal of Roy not having one? Wow, I never thought I'd feel sorry for Roy in a fic (or canon), but wow you did it!!
