I love it. It's heartbreaking and I love it.

Ok, SERIOUSLY, what IS the secret? I really like part one when Jim decided to just screw it and call Pam; neat vocalisation there. Also, what a nice, angst-free way for Jim and Pam to get together. I don't think I appreciated it as much as I could, cause I'm a real angst puppy and so much fluff and healthy behaviour as in this one is kinda lost on me... Stil, surely we Jim and Pam DO get together, I'll be able to reread and enjoy it properly.

Author's Response: Ha, thanks! I tend to alternate between fluff and angst, myself. But Jim finding out about Dwight and Angela was just too funny to resist!

I loved the whole thing from start to finish. And such a nice touch with them staying in bed all week at the end!:-D They deserve some good, good times. Am definately going to reread it at some point, probably next week, heh. And then again. Btw, looks like it's your only story here. Girl, you really need to keep writing!!! Your language and style is so sexy and literary without being over the top in either of these aspects. It's not easy making sex scenes so natural and honest, but nowhere near vulgar or cringy. Big props for your work and you better get back down to writing fics now!;-)

Author's Response: Wow, tigger.  Thanks.  This is my first fan fic ever and first sex scenes ever.  I didn't think I could do the sex scenes, honestly.  Then I read Here Comes Treble's great scene and decided to try it.  I took off my filters and went for it.  Yikes.  I told myself to just write it and I didn't have to post it.  That helped me I think.  Once it was done I quick posted it before I chickened out! Thanks for the encouragement, it means a lot to me.

That was one heart-warming thing to read, thanks! I liked Meredith's bit most; I mean I absolutely don't believe it could ever be so easy to get out of an addiction and issues that she clearly has, but, damn it, it's fan fic and we are allowed to believe that love can cure everything and turn your life around. So, yay for Meredith!
And, oh my, someone finding Creed cool? Outrageously funny. And absurd. Thus funny some more.

Ha! Yeah, in re-reading I realize that I certainly did give Meredith a magical recovery. It would absolutely not be that easy, but maybe it would only take some real love to get her started down the road to recovery. Thank you so much!

Well, I'm a big angst puppy, so I definately loved chapter one. And those tiny, little gems - such as her shoes, her not trying to steal Phyllis's thunder and above all - the "it wasn't just a kiss, you bastard" angry throw - they showed how much the quality of a story depends on the details. I kinda missed that steam and emotional rush in the next two chapters though. Karen being promoted and soooo easily out of the picture - it doesn't really appeal to me. I did however like how Pam and Jim still couldn't/wouldn't even try to communicate even after Karen left. Are you going to continue? I would definately love to see how they start the actual relationship. Somethings seems to be unsaid in the last chapter, it looks like it was your plan, but I'd love to see a nice (read:angsty;-) resolution.

Another gem from this author. I LOVED chapter one. The emails were just perfection. I appreciate the reality of chapter two - the anguish, the anger, the disbelief and beyond everything the awkward we-are-with-other-people bits. It was very honest and er, non-cheesy.

I really liked it overall. It was sweet and seemed so, er, healthy relationshipwise, so peaceful, so normal-at-its-best. The lanuguage also leaves nothing to ask for. The comparisons and metaphores are top-notch, and you never fail to vocalise Jim or Pam properly - they seem to be the same people as on the show, only with us having more insight into their feelings.

Your fic is the best one here in a while. I'm absolutely addicted.
The idea is very hot and very fun, definately something I've wanted to read for sometime. You've also written it very well. The language is not over the top, not too detailed or artsy-fartsy as sadly some fics' is; to be fair I almost didn't "see" the language while reading - it was that natural and well-written.
Basically, a big thank you - for a great idea that was superbly developed.
Can't wait for the updates, and more work from you.
