Pam's discovered the world of internet chat rooms. Jim can't resist the chance to be near her in cyberspace. Spoilers up to Cocktails. This chapter just further solidifies my assertion that squirrels are evil...seriously, as much as I love Charlie and the Chocolate Factory I can never sit through the nut factory scene. *shudders* And anytime I see a squirrel outside I literally go running the other way. I don't care how much bigger I am, they are some scary rats.
Anyway...totally loving this and I never review...ever.
I'm gonna have to go with Phyllis as the secret identity of Vexin if she is anyone at DM b/c Phyllis knows all.
This chapter was completely adorable. Miss Congeniality is definitely one of my closet favorites as well. And, yes, I did know all of the quotes in here.
So, I'm thinking Pam has an incling that Squirrel_McPants is Jim since when he first comes into the chat room vexin says "speak of the devil" in reference to McPants and seems to be talking about Jim. And is Pam just really horny? Because I feel like if she's just looking to temporarily fill a void she wouldn't do it with Squirrel, since he's become sort of a confidant. I'm thinking she's suspicious of something right now.
...But I could be totally off the mark, too, so, yeah...
MEMBER'S CHOICE - An alternate universe where Pam and Roy had a wedding, Pam goes to art school in New York, Dwight owns a restaurant and Jim works for a job in advertising that he likes a lot more and gets a lot more money at.
Basically? Dunder Mifflin never exists. And everyone meets under different circumstances.
The characters are pretty much the same -- personality-wise -- they just have different roles and work different jobs.
Can I just say I absolutely love this story?

Jim and Pam have 24 hours together before he leaves for Stamford. A lot can happen when you're on borrowed time.Just FYI, Letterman lives in NY now. Westchester County. He runs on my high school track every morning.

Jim and Pam are Jim and Pam, only...not really.for realsies, you need to update. again. im starting to have withdrawal symptoms. and, yes, i do have a 15-20 page paper due by the 3rd. and, yes, i do have an outline due for another class, 10 pages of a draft due for my writing class, and about 6 books to read in the next week but that doesn't mean i won't be obsessively checking this site.
this story gets better and better with each update. the only downside is that it's distracting me from my work. haha.
