I really am enjoying this. I think the letters are totally characteristic of Pam. Well done. And Marsha is so sweet.
Your present format isn't at all confusing, but italics might be nice.
Loving this!

Author's Response:

Aw, shucks! I'm so glad you think Pam's letters are in character. I've been worried about that. Thanks for the review!

Marsha's coming to SF! That's where I live and I am too excited by that.
Anyway, very exciting turns in this chapter! I am thrilled that life seems to be looking up for your creation, Marsha. And am excited to see what Jim does with his new intel. And I just love that Pam wants to play, but doesn't know the rules to this game. So true to character!
Even if it'll take a few weeks, I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

Author's Response:

You're from SF? So am I! Well, technically I live in the East Bay, but still. The city's only a bart ride away. :) Thanks for the review. I'm glad you liked this chapter.

Awww. Azlin that was so great!
That was a great chapter and a great wrap up (but still looking forward to some more Marcha info!).
It was just so sweet and well thought out. Nice work!

Oh, I was so worried when they weren't connecting at dinner! But your solution was way better that if they had just had a great time from the start. Really good job!

Author's Response: Sorry I had you worried, but I think you should know by now that I'm all about the happy-go-fluffy endings, so I assume you weren't really that worried. Anyway, I'm so glad you liked it! It means a lot to me that you've kept reading and reviewing! ;)

Fun scavenger hunt! And totally Jim. Those are the perfect places to remind Pam (and the reader) about how much fun they had together. And Jim's letters are so sweet!
Still loving this! And was so thrilled to see it updated today!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm so glad you're still enjoying it. I never really thought this story would take so long to tell, but I guess I'm just more verbose than I realized. Or I should just learn to leave things out. Anyway, I couldn't leave out the scavenger hunt because I've been excited about it since chapter 5 or so. ;)

The last letter was so sweet and perfect! Oh, this is going to be over soon, and that makes me sad, but it is so exciting to see this story you've created unfold, and I am excited to read the way you wrap it up.
As always, loving this! And can't wait for another update!!

Author's Response: Well, I hope you like the ending. I've been planning it for so long now that I've started reconsidering it, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to stick with my original idea. Or if I change anything it will be to add a little bit more fluffy fun stuff at the end. At any rate there will be at least 2-3 more chapters.

"It was like part of her, and part of Jim had stayed up on the roof with each other, just waiting for everything else to come together." That's my favorite thing I've read in a while. Really sweet and sentimental, just how I think Pam is.
Really good! I am so glad Jim finally showed up! Yay!

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked that line. It was one of my favorites too. Thanks for this and all your other reviews! :D

Loving this as always! Poor Karen (did I really just write that!?). How will Jim explain!?
I am so excited to see what happens next. After dealing with Karen, will Jim continue giving Pam Dream Girl letters himself, I wonder? How will he explain? Yay!

Author's Response:

So glad you love it! And yes, I do feel a little sorry for Karen in this story. But after tonight I don't feel at all sorry for her on the show so...

As for the rest of your speculating, you'll just have to wait and see!

Can't wait for Marsha to give Jim some meatier letters... Although it just kills me how dense he is, cause that last one was pretty meaty. :)
Enjoying this a ton!

Author's Response: Marsha giving Jim meatier letters....hm...now why didn't I think of that? Just kidding. I promise it's coming soon!!

I was so excited to see another installment! Yay! Thanks! Well done Pam, so much courage (not unlike tonight's episode). I love tortured!Jim.
Can't wait for the next chapter; I'll bet it's gonna be zoppity!

Author's Response: Yeah, the next chapter's a doozy! Talk about an overload of information. Poor Jim. Oh well, the guy's been through the wringer before, I'm sure he'll survive. Or if he doesn't I can just turn it into another bad!fic ending, right? Kidding. I wouldn't do that to you. Thanks for the review!

This totally does not feel like it is going nowhere! I am so enjoying learning about Jim and Pam with Martha. But I hope Martha finds something soon (perhaps a clue to Jim's feelings on his desk... or something) that makes her act.
This is totally fun!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you like it. I have a really fun idea for how to keep going with it, so stay tuned.

The letters are great! So something Pam would do, and perfectly in character... they just sound like her so much.
Excited to see what happens when Jim calls Marsha!
Thanks!

Author's Response:

I'm so glad you think Pam would do this. I know I've written letters like this, but I thought maybe I was the only one. Thanks for reviewing!

What a funny little twist! I can't wait to see teenage Jim maybe take his letter writing alittle more seriously... or something. :)
Totally cute!

Author's Response:

Thanks! And yes, teenage Jim is coming and I'm just as excited about it. ;)

Oh! Yay! This is getting exciting! Although i think I'd be a little freaked if I were Jim, He had better leave Marsha a letter! (God, I am talking about him like he;s a real person... I'm constantly doing that these days...)
Loving this!

Author's Response: No worries desert island, happens to the best of us! ;) Thanks for the review.

I like the casualness of it. Your Pam voice is good.
I totally enjoyed this; it was happy and fun and a good, interesting idea!
Thanks!

Author's Response: thanks so much! yeah, i liked doing it first person so it could be more casual :) and i could act like i was pam!

Summary: Believe it or not, this is a sequel to "The Second Art Show."  Essentially this is my best take at imagining them as a couple, with particular focus on Pam's art career.  Eventually willl have a little bit of everything:  Smut, sunshine, some angst, references to sex with Willie Nelson.

Just perfect. And so Jim to video his strip club experience with the Dunder Mifflinites to share with Pam. Too cute!

Author's Response:

Hee!!  It's so bizarre how this chapter came together.  I wanted the title to have a sort of double meaning.  They're fixing up Pam's place and those residual effects of the past year at the same time.

And can you just imagine that video.  Ewwwwwww!  LOL!

Perfectly sweet, as always. I love that you keep coming up with additions to this. They're creative and just perfect snippets of the happy couple.
Thanks!

Author's Response:

desert island - it seems I just can't help myself.  I get these images in my head that won't let go.   I was really trying hard to stay away from babyfic but my muse didn't agree.

That was so good! And made me so happy after a long and tiring day! Thanks!
Sometimes (I am finding this is especially true during this long hiatus) I just need some good fluff. And this was particularly good. You've combined a great movie, a shopping trip and cute, happy Jim and Pam. What more could a reader want? Oh, and let's not forget perfect characterization and excellent dialogue.
I feel better now. Thank you!

Author's Response: Glad I could help you out.  I love writing pieces like these.  Trust me it helps me in much the same way it does you.  I'm so happy you enjoyed reading it.
