This was NOT what I expected to happen in this chapter. IT WAS EVEN BETTER. OH.
She said Ryan's name! Even after he told her she could say Jim's name! Karen/Jim and Ryan/Pam simultaneous sex! I think my head exploded. So, yeah, this was pretty much the hottest thing ever in the history of hot things. FYI.

HOLY SHIT. I'm late reviewing this, but OMG. You can't just- And then the note at the end about explicit content in the next chapter. SUCH A TEASE.
I wish I could write you longer, more in depth reviews, but all I can think after each update is AOHOSDFAKLSJEW. Or something like that.
Can I just say how much I love Ryan kissing Pam's shoulder and how he kisses her before she leaves the table. UGH.
But, seriously, MORREEEE. I'm so glad I have internet on my phone because otherwise I'd go crazy not knowing if this had been update or not. I literally check like every five minutes. No joke.

Hi, I've never reviewed before even though I have definitely been keeping up with this story. I just wanted to say that I definitely have that vibrator. And (a) you got yours for much cheaper than I got mine and there are different colors on that site! :( And (b) I never use mine much because I'm so attached to my egg vibrator and because that one is kind of loud but now I feel like I should give it another chance. LOL. Maybe this is TMI for a fic review...Hmm. Oh, well.

I didn't actually buy mine from the site that I linked to. That was just the first site that popped up and I didn't feel like searching any further (epitome of lazy? Yes!). But I actually bought mine on sale (awesome) as a graduation gift for myself -- don't tell people who sent me money that that is what I spent some of the money on, haha!

And I just wanted to say, yes, Stolen. How did you know I've been listening to this song on repeat since the finale ended? I'm not sure why it seems so perfect for them right now, but it does. And this fic really reflects the feeling in the song, I think.
I would be remiss if I didn't give all credit to Starry Dreamer, who told me a few weeks ago that the song was awesome (and totally Jim and Pam). At the time, it just didn't sink in, but after I downloaded it, I was struck with how apropos it is.
And yeah...so much hope for these two, right? As difficult as season three was at times, I have faith that Greg Daniels & Co. will make season four so worth our while...mind-blowing.

I agree with basically everything Colette said. Just lovely and so refreshing and, 'One day in August, the world rips and reshuffles and everything begins to fall into place,' might be the most beautiful things I've read in a while.
Jim's been acting a little strange these days.That conversation in the car was so spot on. I definitely sense a lot of that sort of frustration in Jim right now and I liked how that came out of him here. Well done.

You should know that I love every single thing you write. You always manage to capture the true essence of these two characters better than pretty much anyone else I've ever read. And your ability to take these singular moments and flesh them out completely until they're vivid and real and rich and utterly satisfying.
And, God, that image of Pam in her bra all sweaty with the engagement ring on a chain? One of the most fantastic images I've ever read in fic. Completely hot and sweet all at once. The perfect expression of both their seemingly insatiable sexual desire and their relentless love for one another.
You are truly my favorite writer around here. I want to live inside your stories....or maybe something less creepy? :/
I'm speechless...this really means a lot, especially coming from you, unfold. As you may know from my reviews, I'm a huge fan - love how your fics are always so subtly nuanced and delicate, yet pack a big emotional wallop. And also the clarity of your language, how true the characters are. I love writing that can be big by being small, if that makes sense.
But back to me, lol....yes, I wanted that bra/ring scene to convey that very connection/depth of feeling, without them having to say it. So, yay for picking up on that! And so pleased you thought the characters were captured here - I'm much more about that than plot, so it's great to hear when it works. Anyway, back at you about everything you said about my writing...and clearly, I'm not as speechless as I thought. (And 'creepy?' Not at all. Just very, very generous.)
DELISH. I loved all the details about Pam's skin and her being "soft curves." This whole thing was just really intimate and honest and also hot. WRITE MORE SMUT, PLEASE.
