Summary: It's all about becoming the Fancy New Beesley, really it is. YAY! More!! Took you long enough. And you held true to your promise... well, at least part way, one update in 24 hours.
BLAH! I confused myself... I wanted to read the last paragraph of Chapter 10, to recatch up. But I was on chapter 11, without knowing it. And I was wonderign why none of it seemed familar. And then I clicked previous, thinking it was next, and then I was at chapter 10.
Okay, um, so yes. I am easily confused. But now, I get to reread the last paragraph of ten, and then read 11, and have it make sense.
And of course, my mom called for a 15 minute phone call in the middle. I have NO idea what she said. after about 5 minutes, i started tuning her out (bad daugter? possibly)
Karen sucks. Pam is awesome. I think that sums up this chapter rather well.

yay for giving blood! seriously, fyi, that makes you a freaking hero in my book. mostly because i work for the red cross (aka they take all my time and i get nothing) but not for blood services. i teach cpr and first aid. and various other things. but also because i can't donate blood. my body really doesn't react well to the whole process. but yay for donating blood. and yay for fictional jim!
can i scream and punch karen for saying they have plenty of blood. i mean, it is at a freaking shortage, it is getting really really serious. grr. and jim could save as many as 3 lives!!! one donation=3 lives.
and pam is donating. 6 lives :). and now i will think of blood donation as romantic. haha. i may have to say screw the wackiness that it does to my body and donate!
haha, i love when its like have you had sex and jim says yes and pam says no and the interviewer person is like "wha?"!
great story. next time the blood mobile is on campus, i will have to donate. i would go down to the chapter, but considering the blood mobile is here like every other week, i think i will have to wait. screw what happens. i haven't donated in a few years, maybe it will be different. i remember my first time donating, i adjust turned 18 and i was so proud. i was like, yeah, i am 18. finally. okay, enough of memory lane.

I loved the imagry in the first chapter about beingat hte beach. Cause I could totally remember that feeling. And then in the second, I could sorta relate. I was always used to doing things in the dark when I had roommates. Whenever I would go back home (from college, camp) the lights would be too bright. I would get changed in the dark. But the things were different. But I didn't bruise.

"You're my Diane" is an (obviously too obscure) reference to the time Andy told Jim that he and Karen had an on again off again relationship, like Sam and Diane from Cheers. It's in the Diwali episode, just after she goes to unstick the vending machine with her "skinny arms".
