This is essentially my take on the "unseen" challenge. I've written a couple of these, and I originally thought I'd do one for every episode, but I'm thinking that's too ambitious for me -- especially when someone else has already done it so perfectly. But for what it's worth....

Wow, what an intense ending. I keep forgetting about Brenda...great idea bringing her in, jealous, possessive Pam is always entertaining.

I don't think I've ever read Pam's musings about what her wedding would be with Jim in attendance, and you handled them very well. As always, it's interesting to read about her increasing awareness of what's going on.

Small note: the jinx scene happened in Drug Testing, which aired after Dwight's Speech.

Yeah, these are actually quite out of order.  I started writing them according to what episodes just moved me on a given day. 

I hadn't thought about it either - what it would be like if she did get married, and he did go.  But once I started contemplating it, I realized how horribly awful it would be.  Eeks.

Hi, I'm back from vacation and will be flooding you with reviews about this story, which I love.

This chapter really pulled at me. Pam knowing Jim is in love with her, and herself feeling pulled to him, yet ignoring it, makes me ache every time.

The Dundees was such a charged episode, and it was very fitting for a season premiere, b/c it really kicked things up a notch between J&P right off the bat. Your interpretation of drunk Pam was really, really good. I can see her becoming a chatty drunk, but at the same time you give me the impression that she wasn't as drunk as she seemed, that she was using it as a cover to try to get some answers out of Jim.

Author's Response: Thanks for the feedback!  I just kept thinking that if her internal governor was off enough for her to kiss him in front of everybody, then what would stop her from just blabbing it all out at him?  ...Although I also think she wasn't as drunk as she seemed - just enough to be a little more bold.  :o)

I love, *love* Pam's mom, and have been trying to imagine for awhile now how Jim and her could've spoken in that particular episode. This works for me.
