You know false pride can be a bad thing. I seems line Jim learned that the hard way in this story. I can't wait to see what he's going to do. Also looking forward to Pam's side of the story.

I don't see Jim's decision being driven by false pride as much as fear. But that's the beauty of writing – the reader brings a whole set of beliefs to the table and has a different intepretation of what you put out.

I was so excited to see another update. I made my family leave the room so I could enjoy it in peace. I am so hoping Jim does something about what might be!!
You have a great ability to get inside the characters heads. You really make me stop and think how both Jim and Pam needed to grow seperately and experience some pain to see what they could of had was worth fighting for again. At least that's what I'm hoping for.
