Post finale Jim/Pam. That's all I can say without spoiling people. A bit of an AU look at Jim and Pam, and a rather depressing relationship. First chapter takes place following Phyllis' wedding and then it goes from there. Does not take into account the events that take place in following episodes.
Not a happy piece of writing, I figured I'd take a different approach from the fluffier post-finale stories. I don't think there will be any fluff in this one.
Jim's first barbeque was a success and so he decides to have another. Someone breaks into the liquor cabinet and things... take interesting turns.
Jim/Pam smut with a pretty hefty (for me) plot, but LOTS OF DRINKING! Which is always fun.

Ok, all us Jammers are happy about "The Job", and we know that in truth, it was good for Pam to "Grow a pair" (in Michael's terms) and have some time to figure stuff out on her own. But what if we just sped things up a bit? What if she gained that boldness sonner rather than later?
