Author's Response: Wouldn't it, though? My little shipper heart wishes that the finale of the show would end with a proposal or wedding for Pam and Jim, but I'm not sanguine about the writers being that kind to us.

Yay! That is really all I want. Jim and Pam together, and Toby finally happy. That would be so ideal. This chapter just made me all warm inside.
