Okay, so this chapter was good, but Carry on the Wayword Sun is an absolute classic.  It has 3 amazing guitar solos.  If I'd mock any guitar based music it would have to be some 80's hair metal ballad.  But I guess this is why I'm a classic rock nerd.

 Oh well ;)

I heard that song at Walgreens today...interesting.  And did you know that "Carry on..." is playing in the background when Roy and Kenny destroy the bar?? you probably did... :)

Author's Response: Actually, I had no idea that's what that song was.  Weird!  To be honest, I just went on iTunes and found out what the most popular song of theirs was :)  Thanks for reading!

Ya know, I'll let you in on a few secrets.  First secret:  I've never had a song with anyone, so I've never even known any process of finding one.  I always thought it occurred randomly... but picking the song together on a cramped little chair seems just perfect to me, and then letting it go the way of Lady Luck?  Amazing.

Second secret:  This is (maybe) the first song fic that I've ever reviewed, no less, felt good about.  I hate song fics with a passion--but the fact that the song (in this case) truly belonged to the story and moved the story and wasn't just generic and silly was amazing.

Maybe if more song fics were written like this, I'd be okay with them.  I love it.  Keep it up!

Author's Response: In my experience, finding a song is usually random, but I also liked the idea of them picking it together.  And I was wary of doing a song chapter and I'm so glad you think that I pulled it off.  Many thanks, Doof, your support means the world!

WOO HOO!! This chapter turned out great! Oh, where to begin with everything I loved about it? Let's see...

First of all, I have a particular bias towards any story involving an iPod--(reminds me of another brilliant story written by a brilliant and extremely humble author! :P).

I loved Jim's "close the deal" voice. That just rang so true for some reason.

"Less attitude and more swaying, Beesly." -- excellent line! Swaying is dancing, after all! (Can I call you Sway now?)

And I've always believed that Pam's iPod is loaded with boy bands as well. They're a throw back to her high school days. Her guilty pleasure. Her musical Achilles' Heel, if you will.

Finally, ease up on Kansas, will ya, ya big bully? "Dust in the Wind" was one of the first songs I learned how to play on the guitar when I was in high school, and yes...I rocked! :P

Oh man...I feel so old all of a sudden...

Author's Response: No no, nothing against Kansas, just had to work in the cliche somehow ;)  Thanks so much for all the help Mose!  Glad it was up to par!

Wow, besides the fact that I have only heard half of the songs (Let Love In and Feels Like Home), this was great. And Feels Like Home is an AWESOME choice for their song. And this was great as always. Now I am going to be singing those songs all day... not that theirs anything wrong with that.

Author's Response: Thanks so much! Glad you felt the song choice was appropriate!

These little stories are adorable and I will keep reading them as long as you keep writing them.  Deal? Yes, I knew you'd agree.

I used to love playing Life.  Back in the day, when doctors made the highest salary of $20,000.  Wow, dating myself.

Author's Response: Sounds like a deal to me!  Thanks for reading!

Tra la, tra la--so lovely I just can't stand it!! I really think this is my favorite chapter of the bunch. They just get better and better (is that a cliche? It might be...)

My favorite part?: “Less attitude and more swaying, Beesly.”

“I thought this was dancing.”

“You talk too much.”
*************

Lovely work here, my friend. Can't wait for more!! -CH

Author's Response: Thank you my dear! As always, couldn't have done it without you kicking me in the ass and telling me to just update already ;)  Muchos gracias senorita.

I feel like every chapter I read I just have that overwhelming "Awww" feeling because their relationship is just so cute.  I love the way you're writing it

Author's Response: Thanks!  Maybe some actual writers of the show will read this and take the hint ;) Thank you so much for reading!
