I struggled with Pam in this, but I just know that if uncboy were injured in such a way, I would just want to curl up and die before having to explain to anyone! I found 2 little typos (because I'm me)...'peaked' should be 'peeked', and you have 'situation he was is'.
I have the feeling you've had a back problem, or uncboy has, because this was certainly realistic. I liked what Jim said about being old, because being in this type of situation does send your mind right there!
I worried a bit about a concussion for Pam, although fuzzy thinking can occur in this kind of situation even without a concussion. Will she act like Dwight in The Injury? Will someone call her a Moonfaced Kid?
I enjoyed the "fallen and I can't get up" - you know Jim would say that. Other favorites: "I think you broke me"; the possibility of calling Dwight and Kevin (niiiice); the funeral (Kevin again!); and Pam trying to get clothes onto Jim (ouch, but who'd want to be naked like that?).
Fun story, glad there'll be a bit more!

More mental jelly beans for Kev for spotting the errors. Yeah I'm a little peeved at myself over the situation he was is part. How many times did I read that and not see it, 100? Oh well. Sadly, I have had back troubles most of my adult years and I've been more or less where Jim is. So....I literally feel his pain (picture Bill Clinton saying that please).
I was worried that it would seem like Pam was really hurt, but I really meant it as she was getting fuzzy as the adrenaline wore off. But I can't wait to write the next part, I think it will be fun.

I love this. I was just sitting here cracking up reading it. I loved it when they were getting tickled at the whole situation. Because yeah fanfic!shower sex is, alot of times, kinda too perfect. TMI? Anyway, hope you write another chapter.

This was so funny! Thanks for writing this, because my friends and I are always wondering how in movies it's always perfect, but it never quite works out in real life. Makes me feel like I'm not doing something wrong :)
I loved this: "Jim was astonished how shy Pam had suddenly become when they were just having sex not fifteen minutes ago." That's exactly how I picture Pam, and it added a really touching, revealing moment in the midst of a very humorous story.
Author's Response: My husband and I always laugh thinking "yeah why don't they show this on tv?". I assure you that real life is just not as clean cut as in the movies.
