I love this story so much. And it doesn't make my heart hurt. And Pam is so supportive even though it's Dunder-Mifflin. And I love this couple more than words.

LOVE it. Is it fluffy, fluffy cheese? Yeah, kinda. But it's also AWESOME!!! (And there was some very non-fluffy stuff in there. Kudos on the angst!)

I like a good balance, and angst that's not over-the-top is pretty hard. I hope you enjoy future chapters as well!

I just discovered this story and it's a gem!
You've really captured the connection Jim and Pam have, even when they are not in the same room. You've got a nice does of fluff in here (which I love), but you are also tackling some of the serious issues they are still dealing with.
Excellent work and I can wait to read more!

I really liked it! Nothing wrong with some angst every once in a while
Author's Response: Thanks so much, Ellie. I think my goal with this piece was to put together realistic conversations that you could imagine Jim and Pam having, so it made sense to me that they'd have their spats over the phone as well. My main issue is that I don't think my angst-writing is on par with my fluff-writing...I'm so paranoid I'll make it melodramatic! But you're so awesome to keep up with my little story :D.

I thought it was a fine chapter! I liked how Pam had to sleuth out what was bugging Jim. And I like that she's been able to stay friends with Roy's sister. Don't know why I like that, but I do.

And yeah, I always imagine Pam's family and Roy's family intermingling a lot...after ten years of spending holidays with his folks, it didn't feel right that she'd cut off all contact with them.
